Should have searched their reviews first, but I have used the online codes without issue twice. I will not be using again. Ever."

Finally disputed with CHASE and got refund in mid February. Also ordered the BurgerKing card in Dec. 2011, it still has not arrived and emails have not been answered as of 3/7/2012. Oddly I just logged into my savemore acct and that transaction no longer shows up on my purchases (even though its been charged on my credit card). Will dispute that charge too."
"I bought the Barnes & Noble gift card just as it seems everyone else on here did! Unfortunately, it was a gift so pretty embarrassing that it was never received by the receipient. I called customer service for a month and never received a call back. I also emailed them several times with no response. I finally filed a complaint with the BBB and they have not responded to that as well. I disputed the charge with my credit card and was refunded the money through them, not savemore.com. A friend of mine also ordered something through them since she had a credit via their company and to date never received the product. Ridiculous company, cannot even believe they are still in business! "

"I had a similar experience as many of the other reviewers. I purchased the $25 Barnes & Noble gift card for $15, on 12/9/11. This was a gift for my son's teacher for Christmas. After several calls to customer service, I finally got through to a human being in January. I was told that the gift cards were back ordered, and I would receive it the following week. To this day I have yet to receive it. I've called several times since January, but it goes directly to voicemail. I was able to get this disputed and removed off of my credit card. DO NOT EVER RECOMMEND THIS SITE TO ANYONE! This is a total scam."
"My co-worker and I bought the Barnes & Noble gift card $15 for $25 around the same time. After a few weeks, I eventually received mine but she never did...she ended up filing a fraud claim with her credit union. Before I realized what a heist Savemore.com is, I bought another deal. The voucher never worked and i never got my money refunded, despite contacting the company on numerous occasions via email/phone.
I will never buy from them again, nor will I recommend them to others. Savemore.com is a scam!"

"I took one of their "deal" on Dec.2nd 2011, and redeemed it on Dec. 13, 2011. I didn't get it till Christmas, so, had to find another Christmas gift. And I called them. I was told, it normally takes 4-6 weeks, and since it is holiday season, I won't be able to get it by Christmas, or even new Year. I just need to be patient.

I signed up with save more 9/29/11 and ordered a plastic water bottle and got it after 12/18/2011, I ordered a teeth whitener it came with in 2 weeks but the Pizza I wanted it for the Superbowl, I should not be called right away, but save more doesn't call you back or even email you! "I bought a $25 Barnes and Noble gift card from SaveMore.com on December 8th. It was supposed to ship 3 days later but didn't. I followed up 2 weeks later and was told that it was on back order and should ship the following week. Nothing happened. I tried to reach them again today and was told in a recorded message to leave a number for call back.
Based on the posts on this website, I assume this is the last I have seen of my $15.
Stay away from them!
