"They sent me the wrong batteries, wouldn't answer their customer service line or return a message. When I called the CC company to dispute the charge they emailed me to say they were sorry and please return the battery to a Brooklyn address. I did but Fed Ex said it was undeliverable. Citi Bank wouldn't take Fed Ex's documentation so the charge went thru. Overall the cost of the battery and the cost of shipping it to a dumy address = $110 They are laughing all the way to the bank. "

"This company works as a front company for Espow International. They sale junk. Beware buyers! Resistant customer service. They tack all the freight charges onto the customer when their products are non-working. They hide behind paypale. They dont take credit cards directly."

"I received wrong product from this Company. After they refused to acknowledge my emails requesting a RMA number to get exchange or refund, I filed a dispute through Paypal. All of a sudden AEon Batteries was interested in settling my dispute. They offered a refund since they did not offer the item i needed. I agreed to this even though they charged a restocking fee and I had to pay additional postage to return the item, all resonable charges.
I returned the item and waited on my refund, They delayed my refund and then refused to send it till i removed my original dispute with Paypal which had already been done. Then they tried to tell me Paypal had held my payment so they could not refund my money, which was not true, verified by Paypal. I constantly emailed Aeon Batteries ad kept them up to date on all correspondance .
Only after a month and me threatening to forward all emails to the New Jersey Better Business Bureau, Did they finally issue my refund.
I will never do business with this Company again.

"Terrible, terrible, terrible. No order confirmation email and had to be chased to provide shipping notification. Processed order slowly and Im still waiting for my battery nearly two-weeks later. Address was incorrect on order and did nothing to rectify it apart from blame customer. Called Customer Service many times and only ever got voicemail. Would definitely NOT recommend."
