"ordered a watch...received and was defective..sent email to RMA dept, which then took 5 days to respond and another 5 to get me a UPS label..returned watch and have not receieved my $ or a replacement wactch...it is now going on over 1 month..no return emails..no response...this company is a fraud..will post onb every website I can about these scam artists"
