"I ordered some electronic switches three months ago, received order confirmations and shipping notice, but have NEVER received the switches. I have tried to contact the company through replying to their initial emails and directly through their web site contact form. They have NEVER responded to any of my emails. I filed a dispute with PayPal who said there was no guarantee when ordering from this site and the dispute was closed immediately without resolution. DO NOT TRUST RUTUBES."
