"I recently purchased two area rugs from Rugs-Direct. The color description on their website was burgundy. When the rugs arrived, their label said Red but the actual rug color was neither burgundy nor red - it was chocolate brown. When I complained they wanted me to send them pictures! I got an RA and sent them back and they charged me $44 for shipping. I know I'm not color blind and I did not get what I ordered. Their attitude towards customer satisfaction is non-existent. I will never order from them again, and I'd advise consumers to be aware of their lack of customer concern."
