"Bad experience. DVDs were shipped from Hong Kong. Package read "Content: Sample of Study Manaul." Package did NOT include bonus DVDs valued at $32.95. Merchant failed to respond to e-mail requests for missing bonus DVDs and did not list a phone number anywhere on their website. Complaint filed with PayPal was denied by PP. Shop elsewhere."
