"Rolling Ring.com's rings seem to be of high quality. They also worked with me to expedite the shipping as they stated that it would take 2-3 weeks for delivery, but after ordering informed me that shipping could take an additional 10 days. I needed it in 3 1/2 weeks and they expedited it.

Then the trouble came. The site's FAQ states, "Many people ask since it is a rolling ring and there is more than one bandshould they order ½ or whole size larger? We do not recommend you do this. We size and measure our rings true to size. Order the size you normally wear."

My wife's size is a 5. I ordered a size 5 only to find that it was at least a half size too small. She called to get an exchange on size only to have the customer service department (one person also the owner) state that it clearly states that "wide bands will fit tighter". The FAQ only states " Please also note some of our rings are wide and you need to take into consideration the wider the band the tighter it will feel on your finger." This doesn't mean that it will be too small. The statements are contradictory as viewed by the owners. The site also doesn't state the width of the rings, nor does it state what the owners consider to be normal and "wide".

Be aware that you will be GUESSING as to the size that will fit and this company will not only charge you to ship the wring BOTH ways at your expense, but if you decide to return it as my wife did, they will not only make you pay to ship it back but will also charge you for the inital shipping.

Buyer beware. The product seems adequate, but the customer service is anything but.

2/6/10 update: The store STILL considers their "resolution" of "you pay both initial shipping AND return shipping" is adequate. On a BBB complaint they stood by their assertion that "A wider band may feel tighter on your finger" negates the VERY SPECIFIC statement to NOT order a larger ring size. They specifically tell the customer to order their "normal ring size" and use this very ambigous statement to negate their CLEAR statement to order the standard size.

BEWARE, this is a company that will mis-size your ring, blame it on you for reading their sizing FAQ, then charge you not only the return shipping but the original shipping. This is a shady organization.
