"I ordered a mousepad 12/6 and finally got today 12/24. Very disappointed in how it turned out, how long it took , quality of the pad is very thin, package shipped in is terrible - I couldn’t tell where the pad was and there’s not a pull strip to open the package, so I had to use scissors and almost cut the mousepad. Print for the calendar is very light. I have never used them before and will not use again. "

"first, i received one of my photos with a big purple line in the middle of the picture. I was surprised because i would think that someone checks the pictures before mailing. Obviously, they don't. then i emailed them multiple times and finally i got an email back a week later. it took them over a week to send me a new print. there is no phone number on the site so good luck getting in contact with someone. i will never use Ritz again.
