"I was a little leery about purchasing from Reptmart after reading some of the reviews. I have been wanting a young western hognose snake for a while and finally decided on Tuesday to just do it. I looked at quite a few sites but many of them were simply out of stock for these babies or else they wanted some crazy high price. I fully understand the cost of snakes, as my husband and I had many different types over the years. I was not picky about my baby as far as ****, morph, and all that. Just wanted a good pet quality kiddo. I also know that shipping reptiles during extreme temperatures is a problem and because I live in the South, in another few weeks I wouldn't really have expected any breeder to ship to me. At any rate, on Tuesday afternoon, May 23, 2023, I purchased my little hoggy. Got an email from Reptmart yesterday afternoon with the FedEx tracking number and by 11 a.m. today, Thursday, May 25, 2023, I had my very lively and beautiful baby hognose in hand. They also included information as to the last date my baby had eaten and what he/she had been fed. So, thus far, I will give Reptmart a 5/5 rating. They had what I wanted at a fair price, shipped quickly and securely, and my little specimen is cooling his/her coils in a small tank with plenty of hides but within an hour of being placed in there, he/she is actively slithering around and does not appear to be overly traumatized by the experience....I am sure just looking for a way out, LOL."

"My husband ordered a rainbow boa over a month ago and still NO SNAKE. Weeks of call, emails and txt messages to get a 1 sentence reply saying it will be shipped when the weather is warmer. Again days of him attempting communication to get an updat to hear that the snake he ordered to be delivered to WASHINGTON might be shipped next week and he could pick it up at the closest FedEx hub in WEST VIRGINIA!! WHAT IN THE ACTUAL F**K?!?! This "business" is great at STEALING your money. Be aware you may end up reaching out to your bank after attempting to order here! YOU PEOPLE SHOULD BE ASHAMED!!!!"

"hello bought a kingsnake had for 3 months and died I think these snakes are overbred me and my husband got attached to her this isn’t my hubbys first snake and never had he had a snake die on him when snake came she was breathing from her mouth even back then we knew this wasn’t right,so I contacted reptmart and pretty much was not helpful contacted them after this snake died and didn’t offer money back or replacement on snake so unprofessional never will buy from this seller again "

"I've never personally bought reptiles from them, but I was looking at their website, and it states that a Savannah Monitors diet consists of canned cat food, and crickets. I own 2 Savannah Monitors, and it makes me sick to think they possibly feed, and are telling people to feed them canned cat food. It says CAT food for a reason, it's for CATS!! I don't normally do things like this, but to see that upset me. I will never buy a single reptile from them, EVER!"
