"Nice website but bad products. Ordered a color printer cartridge which didn't work properly from the beginning (only printed in pink). Went through hoops and challenges with customer service (great at the run-around). Finally, was sent a replacement which also didn't work. After many attempts at appeals and time spent with customer service, was denied a refund or replacement. Bad experience all around. Inept scam company. Avoid. "
"I ordered 4 Items for them. Paid for it. it said all items were in stock. Them after a awhile "days" later i get a email that says 1 of the items were not in stock. so I told them to refund me for that item. So i waited for a few more days, called and then they told me that another item was not in stock. but i never got a email saying that item was out of stock. they just told me over the phone. I said give me a refund on that item. that's 2 things out of stock. Then I called today to see about the last 2 items would be delivered. Then they told me that one of the last 2 item was also no in stock. I pointed out that on there web page it says all the items are in stock. They take your money, hold on to it. then keep putting you off on the items. The company is about 75 miles away from me. I should have got these things awhile back. now I have one item left. im sure in a few days they will tell me that is out of stock. this Company is a piece of CRAP. they need to pull there Heads out of the back side and fire someone. Update there webpage to reflect what is in stock so people dont waist there time. If It could do ZERO STARS I would have done that. Horrible"
