"This is the worst online store that I have ever dealt with. I purchased two pairs of shoes from them. Both the same size and one is obviously defective in that it is a full 1/2 size smaller than the other pair. They maintain that the shoes are "handmade" and that some size difference occurs. I told them that is simply not valid since I have three pairs of this style shoe in the same size and THIS the same product and the fourth pair do not fit! I have called numerous times and have been told that I would receive a prepaid mail label to return them ONLY AFTER I complained and asked to speak to a supervisor about their lousy customer service. They expect customers to foot the bill for returning merchandise that is defective. It has been three days and they still have not emailed the return label.
9/4/12 I was contacted by a manager and received a prepaid label for return of the above shoes. The manager was very apologetic regarding the run around that I got regarding this order. I love Reef espradilles, and I appreciate the manager taking care of this issue, so I am going to give them another chance.
