"today is March 18th; on February 4th i paid Reebok £126.50 for a pair of customize yourself trainers. cash taken instantly and email to confirm order stating UP TO 5 WEEKS to deliver as they are unique orders; all fine with me... 5 weeks and 3 days later i called to say not received and website/account STILL says processing order. Since then i have had to call many times and email even more and have yet to receive a refund or the trainers! Terrible customer service which by the way, when you call reebok you have to speak to Adidas(kind of explains the terrible service)! i have lodged a complaint, asked to speak to a manager which was refused as they simply do not have customer facing managers; supervisors or anyone of authority!! i will be taking legal action but thought it best to share my experience with them as i have shopped online A LOT over the past years and this is by far the worst i have ever been treated!!! basically thieves without the guts to be up front about the act in my opinion.... "
