"I hired this company to do a simple project. It was 10" round, so I paid the higher amount. It came to me with several design problems: letters placed were not centered, embroidery not going to edges in certain areas. Color bleeding through because item placed on top of another instead of next to it and another item placed in the wrong spot. You need to ask yourself if cheap and fast is worth a poor looking product because that is what you can expect with this company. Not to mention the time and wasted supplies. I submitted edits and they simply ignored my requests. Pay more and use a reputable company that will make sure you get what you need!"
