"This is a scam all day long! A guy named "Shawn" took the order, the item shipped is from China and WAS in Chinese! It was inferior and locked (netbook). I contacted company again and "Allen" said he would replace it... so, it was boxed up, shipping paid for AGAIN and sent off. Two weeks later the alternative product showed up... in German and locked, but still from China. Contacted "Shawn"... again, was told to send an email explaining the issue and that a refund would take place upon receipt of unused product. Product sent, again, shipping paid, again... a week later I called as USPS tracking stated that they had received it several days earlier. Again, spoke to "Shawn"... he said he wouldn't refund it and refused the package. Upon going back and fourth for twenty minutes... "Shawn" changed his name to "Allen" when I asked to speak to a supervisor, manager... ANYONE other than him. He then told me to track my package with the original tracking number and hung up on me. I called back, it went straight to a voicemail and I heard Shawn, Allen's voice pretending to be a LARGE organization's secretary. I went online and looked up all the MANY, MANY...MANY complaints about this "company"... I know I "should have" done this before dealing with them. HELP FOR ANYONE WHO HAS BEEN RIPPED OFF BY THIS GUY: I bank with Chase and they pulled back my money ($134.00) out of his Visa acct. and sent him an email "why" they did it. Lastly, there is a bond that has to be put up for anyone using a Visa / Mastercard swipe terminal... find out his provider and they will investigate to the point of shutting him down, rather that be in trouble themselves with Visa / Mastercard. FYI. Furthermore, I was able to determine that this "company" is an individual out of an apartment in Boca Raton, Florida ( 7890 Lago Del Mar Drive, Apt # 142, Boca Raton, Florida 33433-4914.
