"I just made a purchase for cabinet handles via the website primacabinetknobs.com. Usually these things go for about $15-30 but I found them here for about $9.90, so I thought I'd give it a shot from this website even though I had never heard of them being sold for so cheap. Another thing that I found odd was the fact that instead of just a normal checkout page, this place had me complete my order on PayPal to a Chinese name. Long story short, I make the purchase Monday afternoon, get the usual confirmation emails with receipt and everything, but then I get an email late Monday night saying that my order's status had changed to "Delivered". I emailed customer service to try and see exactly why my order would be changed to "delivered, August 16" when it was still August 15.
So I paid about $300 dollars and got a box with nothing in it. Contacted customer service and they told me customs took my package and it has nothing to do with our company. Contacted customs and they said granite handles are safe to ship and would have no problems with customs. I have been trying to get my money back from past 6 months. I have ordered from other granite handle companies in China and have never had got scammed. I found some info on the scam artist name: Chunhui Zhao and email: ****@****
