"I ordered thru Amazon CLI 95596 (a box of 96 C-LINE name badge holders, each 3" x 4"). I received CLI 95523 (a box of 50 C-LINE name badge holders, each 2 1/4" x 3 1/2"). When I complained to PriceTwin, they waffled as to whose fault it was and then blamed me for not noticing that the page said a "box of 50" in the tech. details (the Part # was in large boldface in the page header). They wanted to send me another box of 50 (wrong size) at their cost + shipping. I countered by asking them to pay for return shipping and sending me the item advertised (#95596). After not hearing from them for a couple of days, I contacted Amazon and they filed an A-Z guarantee claim on my behalf. I did get reinbursed by Amazon, but had to return the box at my expense."
