They bait and switch by lying and telling you that you bought the "European version of the TV" when there is no such thing. Stay far away."

"SCAM ALERT: Do yourself a favor and STAY FAR, FAR AWAY! Premier TVs, AKA Premier TVs.com, is the worst company in which I have ever dealt. First, they "bait" you by listing their televisions for the lowest available price online. After you place the order, you will not receive and email confirmation, but will receive a phone call days later when they "switch" you by telling you that you ordered a European version television, and that what you actually wanted a U.S. version; however, it will cost you almost double the original amount. When they told me this over the phone, I quickly searched online and told them of other sites where I could get it cheaper than the new price in which they just informed me. Ironically, they showed me how each website was utilizing the "bait" and "switch" technique. It was all too fishy, but I still ended up purchasing the television as it was the exact television 65" Samsung curved television in which wanted, and football season was just getting starting. Strangely, once I purchased, I received the receipt in an email from a random gmail address. It gets MUCH WORSE, the television was delivered with a shattered glass screen. I was unable to get ahold of the company over the phone, as I got an automated response every time with no option to leave a message, so I resorted to responded to the email in which I received the receipt. After I emailed a picture of the damaged television, they called, got the details, informed me that they would take care of it, and I never heard from them again. They quit responding to my emails, and I was still unable to figure out how to get ahold of them on the phone. I have disputed it with my credit card company and will let them deal with them. Do yourself a favor and do some research on the company. Their reputation precedes them..."

" We ordered a Samsung TV from them--gave them our credit card number--which bothers me because they are so shady. After a couple of days, we heard nothing so we called. They told us that the TV we ordered was a European version of the TV that won't work in the US and that we could buy the US version for $1000 more. Mind you--the specs they advertised for their (phony) European version were all US specs. When I pointed this out, they said it was a website "error." I have filed reports with the FTC, Florida Attorney General and the Better Business Bureau. I even called Samsung and they confirmed that premiertvs.com model numbers are phony and that they are not an authorized Samsung reseller. Hence, the manufacturer's warranty advertised on premiertvs.com website is not valid. Furthermore, the European version of the TV we ordered does exist, but has a totally different part number than the one premiertvs.com uses on the website. Not only that, the European version WILL work in the US, but some of the functionality requires a set top box. Finally, if you call their bluff and ask them to send you the European version at the price they advertise, they will refuse and tell you that shipping costs are $1000 because they have to import the TV from Asia (!). When I asked why they would advertise free shipping for this model, they had no answer. They are also very rude and will hang up on you when you call to complain. Bottom line--avoid premiertvs.com -- they are fraudsters. UPDATE--see below for email I received from Samsung asking if there was a European equivalent of the "USA only" version of the phony TV model number I ordered and whether it would work in the US. NOTE that the actual "European" model number is far different than the one on premiertvs.com website:

You would not be able to update the software through the TV menu. Instead, you would need to download this from the British website and install it via USB.

"Complete SCAM. They list the LG 55EC9300 on their site when you link to google, but then state it's the European model and not compatible in the US.

Same UPC as the US model, and LG customer service states they're identical.

They also hung up on me when trying to clarify this, want to cancel my order which can't be done via email and am now on hold for 1/2hr.

"Ordered the 60" Samsung UHD TV. It was $1000 cheaper than the other prices. I checked the model number and it was the US version UN60JU7100 - per Samsung the second letter N indicates North American version. They called about my order and claimed that I had ordered a european one (they added a made up FAU/CA to the product code). So the guy on the phone asks for another $800 for the "North American" TV. I canceled my order."
