"I ordered 3 items from this merchant on 2/10/06. The items arrived on 2/23/06; one of the items (a PDA battery) was incorrectly assembled and cannot be inserted into my PDA. Another item (a PDA stylus) was advertised as a 3-in-1 stylus, with a built-in ball point pen; the stylus I received has no pen. I sent emails to the company on 3 separate occasions (the only method of contact), and never received a reply (items cannot be returned without an RMA number, which of course is supposed to be sent by email). I finally gave up and have applied for a credit with my credit card company. Overall pathetic performance by this merchant. "
