"I had both driver and passenger window failure. The tech Ozez Fahima came out and said he replaced both the motors and relay switches which was done in an IMPOSSIBLE 15 minutes. That would mean he would have to remove both door panels diagnose and repair and reassemble. When he was done he demanded cash payment. I refused and offered to pay by check or credit card or debit card. he said he did not take any of those. I stood my ground and eventually accepted my check. My drive window failed within a week. I called and he said he would come out and fix it he never showed. I kept my cool and he promised to show up more than ten times over the next 6 weeks and never showed. Now mind you I had no windows working during this time. So then he stopped answering his phone, voice mails and emails over the next 2 weeks. So that is the story now I am filing a small claims which is even more hassle and I have to pay and get my window fixed somewhere else because i cannot drive without the windows working anymore. I think 8 weeks and countless promises and no shows equals fraud. Also there is a 30 day guarentee on the invoice, which by the way has no invoice number it looks as though he printed it up himself. DO NOT GO TO THEM unless you like giving away your money .
