"I was unable to complete my purchase on their website. I called and was relieved to speak to a helpful and knowledgeable sales person. Unfortunately I received an email that my order was being shipped. In spite of my immediate response requesting a preview of the items no packing list was sent so I could verify the proper items would arrive in time for Christmas.
To my horror the Red Camera was black and even a different model! I called upon receipt and was told that I had to have an RMA. Numerous calls and emails still nothing yet I had only a few days with a return window. I shipped the items back. Now the liars are charging me a refund fee! was intentionally cheated. Helpful until they got my money! I use the word LIAR seldom but they are avoid like the plaque! Went to Best Buy got the right items CHEAPER"
"So disappointed, I ordered the Nixon B-500 PLUM. I received the RED camera and on top of that when your sales persons offered me the batteries and charger he said it was $29.99, nothing about $29.99 each. Very misleading. Plus no manual with the camera. Now after submitting two other email's I haven't heard anything from your them. That is so rude and unprofessional and I will never shop with you again and will not refer them to anyone. Thought I was getting a good deal on the camera my daughter wanted but instead I paid way too much on the wrong camera.

"I had the same negative experience as many others. Price for my camera was $299.00, amount charged was $326.95. When I called they said the $27.95 was a 9% handling fee and claimed it is disclosed in their terms and conditions. There is no disclosure. They advertise one price and charge another."
"I purchased a Nikon B500 and was e-mailed and called the next day to return their call to verify my order. I did that and they told me the camera does not come with batteries. I would need to purchase a 2 hour or seven hour battery. If you look up the camera anywhere else, the camera does come with 4 LR6/L40 AA alkaline batteries. The sales person got really defensive and insulting when i gave him that information. He refused to sell me the camera when I turned down his offer. He told me that I will not be receiving anything and hung up. I have never had a conversation with any type of business that speaks to customers in that manner. After contacting Nikon and Best Buy to verify the contents of the Nikon B500, I called back and spoke to Lloyd, Cust service manager. He immediately got defensive when I told him what Nikon rep told me and he bitterly told me to purchase the camera from nikon because he doesn't need my business and hung up. This is a manger representing a company speaking to a customer in that manner, it's mind baffling! it is obvious they get real defensive when they know they will not make a sale on their scam."
