"I ordered 10 items from this company. I was told it will take 10-20 days to received. I wrote to them to say I never got anything. I was told to wait another 7-8 days by Karen because it can take up to 45 days to get here. I waited and still nothing, than Amee tells me to wait another 5 days and that it can take up to 60 days to get here. I was told the items were shipped out on Jan 19, 2012. Now, Amee tells me if I still don't have the items by 60 days, I will get a refund. When I still had not gotten my items, I was told that I could either have the items resent or I could pay for extra postage so that they would be sent by registered mail. Than Amee tells me that I can have a refund, but I will have to pay for postage. Now all 10 items are the same, but I am told that I have to pay for 4 @ 0.29 1 @ 0.30 4 @ 0.40 and 1 @ 1.17. When I asked about the difference in postage I was told that they used different packages to send them. Why would anyone use different packages to send the same items? Than Karen keeps telling me, "We are issuing a refund and it will take 1-3 working days to get." When I don't get it, I am than told "Oh we sorry, we forget that this kind of order cannot be cancelled." When I tell them again that I want a refund, again Karen tells me "We are issuing a refund and it will take 1-3 working days." Again, no refund and again I am told "We are sorry we forget this kind of order can't be cancelled." Then after going back and forth, they have the nerve to say "You have to understand that we are out of the cost of the product and postage because YOU didn't received the order." So now it is my fault that I didn't receive the order? And Karen also tells me that they have rules that they have to follow and that they are sorry for the inconvenice they have cause me. This is not an inconvenice, it is a fricking nightmare. I am the one who is out of the money that I spent on their crap. So everytime I see an advertisement from them, I am going to tell everyone what kind of customer service these people have - NONE. If they want to sell you something, run as fast as you can away from they."

"Very disappointing shop's customer service. One of the five packages comes without USB Charging Cable (SKU: 1320498), but Customer Service Center didn't solve this problem, they just said to look into the package! LOL.
So, they have the beauty face, "special sales" with attractive prices, but horrible customer service.

"I had a really bad experience with Fadbus.com aka pickegg.com
The product I bought blew up the moment I turned it on. Upon contacting "costumer support" I was told to fix the product myself. And that due to the shipping costs, they will not burden themselves with my issue. I was also told that I cause the failure of the device (without even looking at the device). I warn all costumers about this merchant. As they aren't serious about their costumers and issues with the products they sell. They just want your money.

I would never do business with fadbus.com / pickegg.com

"Unfortunately they did not honor their satisfaction guarantee. I told them the item didn't work as described - even sent pictures. Right after that, their web site went down and I never heard anything back from the company. Luckily it was a small dollar amount.

The product was nice and was exactly as described except it didn't fit as the measurements were wrong.

So be wary of the company.

"I sent for two children's gyro bowls from Pickegg. I was a bit dubious, because my order seemed to be going all over the globe. They were a bit slow, but arrived in due course, very reasonably priced and just what I wanted. They've since been rerouted to my grandchildren in Australia, so they are much travelled bowls! So I sent for another two and they arrived amazingly quickly (like, two days, or something). Altogether, a happy internet shopping experience! J"

"Pick egg has a wide selection of items, however they have yet to get my order right. I origlanny ordered a Flexable Rubber Lens hood for my camera. I received a hard plastic one. After sending a photo of the product. They said they didn't have the rubber hood and offered to send me a comparable priced item which I thought was good. I selected a Flexable tripod as a replacement, Unfortunately they sent me a Flying Shark! Imagine my surprise. After contacting and sending photos again they offered to send another. I haven't received on yet and I an not holding my breath. "

"Great company, I buy it sometimes. The attendant Miss Lisa is very helpful and is always willing to help, Miss Lisa is an excellent representative of Pickegg, Fadbus. The orders are shipped well packaged and protected. The pickegg, fadbus always worried about being a good service and quality items for shipment to the customer only has to grow every day more and more. I recommend!!!

Ótima empresa, compro as vezes nela. A atendente Miss Lisa é muito prestativa, esta sempre disposta a ajudar, Miss Lisa é uma excelente representate da Pickegg, Fadbus . As encomendas são enviadas bem embalas e protegidas. A pickegg, fadbus sendo sempre preocupada com um bom atendimento e envio de itens de qualidade ao cliente só tem a crescer cada dia mais e mais. "Purchased the Dualshock PS3 controller and they arrived but the controllers are NOT wireless and this was confirmed by Pickegg.com and they said that they sent out the correct product.

How the hell can you have PS3 non-wireless controllers - the customer service from Pickegg is crap and we always used to use Pickegg and tell friends and family about them but never ever again will that happen.

We feel that we have been completelt mis-sold as no where on the product description was there where it said the controllers have to be plugged in via the USB's to work - pathetic

"Ordered 10x Stylus Pens via a SD for $2.00.

Two months later, I receive an envelope with nothing inside except for the receipt.

Tried to access their website and it is now unavailable. Doesn't surprise me. Definitely never ordering again and posting this review to help prevent these scums from ripping other people off.

*NOTE: The order date on the invoice shows as 11/04 when in actuality the order was placed during early September.

"They are a scam merchandiser, I ordered last week an item, paid online for it, went to check order status two days later, kept getting server busy or disconnection from website, even though my internet connection is fine, no problems with my connection, then went to reviews for this site, lots of interesting complaints on them, still cant get website, its been six days now, went to a server that checks websites which said this site was down, also said its domain changed to fadbus.com, went to that site same thing, theyre scamming as many people as they can in a couple of days then changing site and doing it all over again, filing a report with FTC and sending this site and their location and the new site to banks so they can let their customers know, if someone answers this and says they havent had any problems with them< theyre scammers, they are A SCAM, FTC fraud hotline is 1-***-***-****"
