"I've been a regular of this website for about 3 years. I order once or twice a month and have always found them to be very reliable in shipping and at replying to emails. They're not the best at answering the phone though.
Quality of the products is top notch but they're not always the cheapest. That said when I buy the cheapest I often end up replacing them with phenoptix LEDs.
