"If I could give zero stars, I would. I place an order for backup batter for an invisible fence. The charged my credit card but the product never shipped. I called four times over a few weeks and all calls went to voice mail. Also emailed customer service three times over same period. I never got a call or email back. Finally after a month and a half I gave up and filed a complaint with BBB. Pet Stuff Warehouse has nothing but 1-star reviews on the BBB site. Same complaint as mine. Pet Stuff Warehouse takes the money and doesn't ship. They are crooks. "
