"They advertise fast delivery until you complete your order. The CS number is not their own. They say they are Fast Media. You cannot be connected to a person at Petocart. They don't exist. Definitely not located in US. Could not tell me when my item would be delivered. However the credit card was immediately charged. Called and emailed next day to cancel purchase. Kept being told next day credit card would be reversed. Took about 10 days"

"BUYERS BEWARE!!! I haven't been informed of any tracking number after several days of ordering my product. I called and the overseas (hard to understand) representative refused to cancel my order stating it was already shipped. He could NOT provide any tracking number. He claimed it was being shipped by USPS. United States Postal Service's tracking numbers are valid the minute you print them and place them on the package. I was also not able to see my purchase history or order status on their website. He said there was nothing he could do about that. I had the chance to order a comparable product on CHEWY.COM, and they have TWO day shipping. It was a mistake to use this company instead. I will NEVER shop here again, and I have posted my disgust on Facebook as well. I will go back to using CHEWY.COM from now on. Best of luck people... "
"They sent an tem that was misrepresented in the description. I wanted to exchange it and it was nearly impossible to contact customer service. When I finally got someone on the phone, I could not understand what they were saying. After several attempts trying to explain the problem the customer service person started yelling at me. I will never order from them again!!!!!"
"Complete scam. They will take your money and not ship your item. They will give you a fake tracking number so it makes it look like your item has shipped then they will give you the runaround for three weeks by claiming they are looking for your item."
