"So a few days ago I took my car to Perfect 10 Car Wash off of Hwy 10 and when I got back into my vehicle I noticed a huge brown stain on my passenger seat and a couple smaller ones on my driver side seat! So I called Perfect 10 and asked for the Manager. I told him that I brought my car in and there are stains on my seats, and one big one. He didn't say anything for a few seconds and says "so what would you like us to do?" As the manager isn't it your job to fix the problem... Not ask the customer what you should do? Pretty obvs.. "Remove the stains" I replied. And then he asked what kind of car and I told him a Ford Focus and he says back with a sarcastic tone " ohh okay the seats in the newer model Fords are made from recycled materials and everyone gets mad because they stain easily but water spots show up so easily because of the material but bring it in tomorrow and we will see what we can do" So him knowing that piece of into, shouldn't he have passed that down to his employees so they are more careful with Fords then? Stupid! He was totally sarcastic and not one bit sympathetic! So here i am waiting for them to finish shampooing my seats... And feeling like a bother to them after the manager greeted me by basically grabbing my keys out of my hand, like he didn't have time for me and rolling his eyes at me. Sorry that I would like to keep my car in good condition for as long as possible...? So I'm waiting for an hour for my car to be ready and I'm wondering what's going on and how much longer, as I'm waiting I see two male employees talking about me and one looks over at me and says " that's the ...." the other turned and looked at me.. And I didn't hear the rest.. I'm sure the whole garage was talking about me and how ridiculous it was that I wanted my stains removed? So I go up to the cashier and ask her if she can find out what's going on for me. She pages the Manager and then says to me " oh, your car has been ready for a while now" and I ask her where it is and she tells me it's waiting in the pickup area.. I go to the pick up area to get my car and the manager is right there bullshitting with the other employees, doesn't bother to come tell me that it had been ready, didn't make eye contact or say one word to me! The other vehicles that were finished were being driven around my car instead of somebody coming to get me to let me know it was finished.. And I get into my car by myself and wait over 30 seconds for the car wash door to be opened for me and feel stupid and unwanted. I will not be back here ever! And the Manager I spoke to should not be working with the General public! Ugh.."
