"I've only placed one order with PawnMart, but it was for multiple items. The items arrived about a week later - pretty standard considering they came from multiple stores. Of the dozen items I ordered, a PC brad gun and a Makita belt sander were DOA. I thought it would be hassel to get these things taken care of, but after talking to customer service (Ashley) I was VERY please with the outcome. They agreed to promptly replace the non-working items and actually had them in stock. They were courteous and professional. They have a good selection and very good pricing as well. I will definitely order from them again and recommend them to others."

"This place, as I will not call it a business, has no legitimate code of ethics and should not even be online. All their claims of 10 day return guarantee is absolutely false. Nobody picks up the phone on their 800 number, and the stores will tell you to call Ashley at customer service, Ashley must be their pet dog because no answer or return of voice mail messages. Don’t believe their return policy, or customer service as they will not even pick up the phone return your calls or emails. If you make a purchase from them be prepared to be disappointed! I purchased an electronic device listed as fully functional, however it was not working at all. Do they even check the products before they sell them? Non-existent customer service, this place is a scam! Don’t be fooled! I was tricked once but NEVER AGAIN will I do business with this company, and truthfully they should be tangled in a lawsuit for selling unusable goods over the internet. If your looking to waste your money, do your self a favor and just send it to Nigerian internet scammers, at least they will contact you to say thanks.
