This is a joke email because you still charged me the $2.96 for the additional shipping and handling. Your response when I referenced the first person I talked too attempted to charge me out of state tax and how you accused me of not telling the turth. I feel like this email is joke, an insult to who I am and what I stand for.
You can take this $2.96 and put it where the sun does not shine.
I am so, so glad that I will never have to interact with this joke of a BMW customer service location and I will not let this one phone call lessen the love of me riding my K1200LT.
