"Like the rest of you I thought I got scammed. To my surprise my daughter's UGGS showed up yesterday and they are legit! It took forever and after many emails and no updated tracking they arrived! Tracking didn't even show they were shipped. It only showed the label being created!? I wonder how many people wrote reviews before receiving their items!? Maybe that's why they have a bad rep!? Not sure but I hope everyone else has a good experience in the end! Merry Christmas and thank you!!"
"I've placed three orders with this merchant in the last four months, and each transaction arrived within a few days, and exactly as described. The items often on sale via a promotion (like apparel) may be of cheap value / quality, so I can't speak to that, but other items (like brand names) are what they claim."

"I wish I had read other reviews before I ever ordered from them. I didn't read that orders via China Post and 30 business days for delivery. They charged my credit card before even 1 product was shipped. On an order of 4 items, only one was received (the cheapest $12.99 20 gloves not 20 pairs). I thought I was buying from Glenview, IL. AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE A PLAGUE. I am out $12.60 for a previous order for 2 N95 masks that never arrived. They offered a credit for a future orders. Hell will freeze over if I ever order from them again. Reminds me of an old adage. First time have a problem, shame on them. Second time, shame on me. I keep checking my credit card to see if fraudulent additional charges. It's tough to get through to my credit card to even dispute the charges. "Like other state below, I ordered some "hand santizers" to use during the COVID-19 Pandemic. They were "In Stock" and it said that shipping would be relatively short. Well, that was some weeks ago and I was VERY disappointed to learn that the product was actually coming from China and not the USA (like it was advertised). As others have stated - they like to bait you and then take your money and maybe you will get your product in a month. maybe not. I am going to contact my local state representative to make him aware of these scammers just popping up everywhere. I've been scammed TWICE since the Pandemic started. Granted it's MY fault - I should have done my due diligence and researched the seller before I placed the order, but with everything going on - sometimes haste makes waste. and they preauthorize $44.95 twice on my debit card and I don't see anything on PayPal . I don't like it when they charged without my approval . That's attempt to steal . After reading bad reviews .
