"Thanks to ResellerRatings I have now discovered that Roman Ogourtsov has been defrauding people of their money since January 2012, and has continued to do so by offering to sell low cost high end TVs to the public. He never delivers the product ordered or provides you with a refund. Interestingly, he does not commit any of his fraud in the state of Washington where he lives it is all out of state.
I have Filed complaints with all of the proper authorities and have thus far had little results in getting back the $3,550 dollars we sent to Roman on 6/27/2013. When we sent him the money via wire transfer,(BIG MISTAKE), it was to Ordertvnow.com. ResellerRatings will show that if you look under buyTvtoday, you will soon become aware of his other fraudulent website where he continues to perpetuate his scam of TAKING THE MONEY AND RUN. Per numerous scam websites he continues to rob thousands of dollars from people. The highest amount reported by one man was $6,500.
I do not know what it is going to take to stop this man as he slowly pays some people back. He has found a great way of running his own little ponzy scheme, and funding his own company.
I would appreciate the collaboration of anyone who has been scammed by this individual, and would like to be contacted on this website.

"Ordered Panasonic TC-P60ZT60 in June. Representative Roman Ogourtsov e-mailed to say he would hold the set for 24 hours. Wired payment (don't ever make that mistake!) but never got notice of shipment. Repeated calls and e-mails said the TV was being moved from one warehouse to another to avoid sales tax. Then came e-mails saying that Magnolia had exclusive access to this model (one of the few true statements from this vendor). Requested refund multiple times. Requested another TV be sent. I doubt that the warehouses listed on the website exist. This is not an authorized dealer despite claim on website. Suspect this is a guy with a cell phone and website, but nothing else. Don't be fooled by apparently low prices; the merchandise I ordered never existed despite Roman's lies. Recommend you AVOID THIS SELLER. "

"ordertvnow.com is same as buytvtoday.com owned by Roman Ogourtsov. He takes money without sending merchandise. He lies as if he has items you are looking for, as if he shipped, and as if he sent refund check, lie after lie. I ordered a TV through buytvtoday.com. never received the item or refund.
Please better business bureau website to see how this boy is bad. "
