Found a reasonable price on some Hoka shoes and pulled the trigger.
Shoes arrived in reasonable time frame and as expected.
Will be checking out their online presence again when shopping for shoes.
The clothes are not my cup of tea, but maybe yours. I haven't needed to return or exchange anything, so I cannot comment on that process.

"My son purchased what he thought was a pajama set as a gift and when he received the package was disappointed to find that it was only the underwear portion. The description of the item is unclear so that if not read carefully it is an easy mistake to make. Being a college student he couldn't afford the additional $200 for the top so he decided to return them. They would not accept the return even through it doesn't state that it cannot be returned on the order page. You have to go looking for the return policy. The return policy is way too limiting for an online store. I recommend staying away from this vendor."
