"I ordered a teapot and teas from The English Tea Store who sells through online stores. My experience was horrible and time consuming. The gifts I ordered never arrived and were found to have been returned by USPS. They only use Smartpost, so the order was sent by UPS to USPS. Dealing with anyone (only online) was so impossible and infuriating. They only use EnRoute to track pkgs. I finally saw where to call the co. and were met with careless and obnoxious agents. I canceled the order. They debited $15 from my order having me pay both ways for shipping for products which never arrived. Beyond belief. When I called for that to be refunded I got a flat NO and refusal to have a supervisor handle the matter. "
"Everything was as stated. It is very thick. Wasn’t expecting that. I am unable to buy heavy cream without additives here in the states so thinning the cream will be difficult. I will buy the clotted cream to see if I can use that as a thinner. The double cream tastes great, looking forward to trying the clotted cream."
