"Good Luck! If you want to deal with Onvon.com
Placed my first order (3 item) on June 9, 2010. After waiting for 4 weeks (July 13) finally received my package. However 2 items was wrong, tried to contact them with no response! On July 20 tried to phone them directly, the lady told me her boss was busy and want me to ship back the wrong item first??!!

Good news after six months, finally received my order!

"Contacted OnVon just a few days after receiving my order because the item was getting very hot, 130 degrees F and finally failed recording video. I received some response saying they were asking their engineers but now no response to my emails. 12 month warranty isn't worth the pixels it's written with."

"Today I received the items I ordered (a pair headrest monitors). I was initially worried about placing an order to a online shop not located in the USA. However, surprisingly they were very quick to deliver it. Their website has a nice order tracking feature which is reasonably updated on time. Besides their sales representative is always online on Skype. She was excellent."

"Had a great experience with this company. I ordered a digital media player for like $99. I received it (about 20 days later -- from Hong Kong to Philadelphia), and found that the remote was broken. I responded to my order confirmation e-mail, worried that I wouldn't hear anything back. I was pleasantly surprised when I got a prompt response asking me to send them a photo of the remote, as there are 2 models of the unit. I sent the picture over and they shipped a replacement remote for free!

Would definitely do business with these guys again.
