"I found a great deal on a pair of ASICS running shoes on a famous deals site and ordered on the 05/19/2020. I was suppose to receive it in 2 weeks however 3 weeks passed and there was no signs of shipping. There is no customer support contact # for this company. The only means to contact this company is by sending a message through their website. They are saying they will respond with in 3 days but they will not :(. There is a 844 number shows up in the credit card charge which seems to be a bogus number as well. I send them a message after 3 weeks there was no response at all. I waited for another week and send another message and waited for a day. There was no response at all. I disputed the transaction with my credit card company. The second business day after I opened the dispute I got a response from these crooks for my first my messages saying they ran out of stock on that particular model hence they are cancelling my order. I am pretty sure if not for the credit card dispute these cheats will never respond to my messages or even refund my money. Run away from this company."
