"Unbelievably difficult to contact; when you can get someone on the phone, they know nothing and cannot be helpful. Emails are responded to in a generically cheerful manner with no assistance. I placed an order on November 23rd and have yet to receive it or a replacement or refund from this company. I will NEVER do business with them again and I would urge others to beware as well. I later read a review on another site recommending only using Paypal- I wish I had read it sooner."
