"This is a SCAM folks. I got a great promotional rate, my credit card was charged in advance, I received a confirmation number and guarantee...only to be called two days later to have these scammers tell me there was an undisclosed system problem. And ,they could not honor my guaranteed reservation or even tell me what was the problem. The hotel and their website still had my reservation, only these scammers would not honor their web price or even tell me why...LOOK ELSEWHERE friends... "
