"i am unable to log into my account to manage my autopay. when i click on forgot password the system tells me the email will be sent to renew my password by i never get the email even after multiple attempts. also when i try to log in by inputing my SSN and date of birth, the system tells me the info doesn't match my credentials. when i called, the representative was only helpful to guide me to renew my policy without logging in but was't helpful in guiding me in how to log in. i still can't log into my account and i find it disturbing. Unfortunate you cant obtain policy with an agent. The system has glitches and took several attempts and assist from CSR. CSR attempt also unsuccessful but very pleasant throughout process. She did give me pointers on how to bypass the financing option the site attempts to have you use. Thankful you can get the assistance of a human though. NSO don't replace your humans.
