"I wanna purchase the sandals, months ago but had no money. When my financial situation cahnged in July I ordered a pair in size 39, but no smaler size was available. My foot length is 23 cm an so I though the sandals were to big and i must bring them to a shoemaker to shorten them. But when they were delivered and I got them after 3 weeks, I realized that the length was okay but the big elastic, was too small und so the sandals don't fit and I must stretch the elastic. Then I hope that I can wear them. But until now I don't find a suitable tool to do this.
So muy experience with New Chic only get 4 stars, coz the product I purchased was not as described and I think that to order one number bigger would not help, coz then the sole of the sandals would be too long. I think that there is a difference in the size of people from Asia and Europe. If I were an asian enterprise and would sell my products too Europe I first would have the look on the anatomy of my european customers. If this is compatible I as an european customer would have a positive shopping experience and can give the desired five stars."

"Purchased a nice looking pair of Tennis Shoes with the stretch Band Lacing. When I began to try them on and lace the string, the plastic tip came off the lacing and I really was upset. I purchase a few things from New Chic and hadn't had but one other issue with the company. I thought I'd call and see how to return the shoes for another pair and after talking with one of the representatives I ended up taking a discount on the shoes and keep them and have them repaired here.
