"Awful company to deal with. The website is confusing and misleading, and the products are overpriced. I ordered two pillows and my wife and I found them to be lumpy and generally awful. The return process was onerous, with the rep my wife spoke to saying things that disagreed with what the website said. We paid a small fortune for return shipping and eventually got a refund, but it was for less than what we paid, even taking shipping into account. I let it slide just to avoid dealing with them ever again."
