" DO NOT USE THESE CLOWNS, http://www.mybluetoothheadset.com/ I ordered a Motorola TZ700 Bluetooth Speaker Car Kit that did not work properly from the beginning! I emailed ****@**** and received nothing back! I then called the phone number ***-***-**** that was on my PayPal receipt and all you get is a recorded message telling you to email them at ****@****. Now you are on the Merry-Go-Round! Well over 60% of the emails I sent were never returned and some that were all that was done is they hit "reply" with no message. Finally had to go to PayPal to get a refund, never got my money that it cost me to return a defective item!! Three cheers for PayPa, at least I got my origional $$$ back. What a waste of time!! I ordered the same product from another company and it worked right out of the box!"

"I ordered a Jawbone ERA bluetooth headset because their prices were very good. I had NO idea I would encounter the problems that I did! I NEVER write reviews of companies (good or bad), so take my frustration to heart if you're thinking about doing business with this retailer. The problems can be wrapped up as follows:
1) The product hadn't arrived more than 2 weeks after I ordered it. The person who responded to my repeated emails was exceptionally rude ("Mike") and told me there wasn't anything he could do about the delay. "check with your mail man and check your mailbox" was his entire e-mail!
2) Since it had been a few weeks, I went and bought a headset elsewhere and figured I'd return the one from this retailer IF it ever arrived.
3) When I disputed the transaction with Paypal, "Mike" sent me what appeared to be a used headset...it showed up in a plastic bag and the headset looked like it had been used for quite some time. The website hadn't stated that it was used, so this was NOT acceptable! I told him that I wished to return it and he flat-out denied my return. Paypal wouldn't do anything because he had a shipping invoice and was able to show that it arrived.
In summary, this retailer sells used (or refurbished) merchandise, claims it's new, and won't refund you...even if it's been more than a month since you ordered the headset. SHOP ELSEWHERE!!!!!!!!!!

"On 7/20/13 I ordered a Mototokr S305 headset from this company. When it arrived a couple days ago, it was tarnished, and had fingerprints on it and appeared to be a used product instead of new. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. BUYER BEWARE!!!! Also, for those who are interested, their customer service number on Paypal is: ***-***-****."

"Same thing as so many others. Noticing their prices were 20% lower than everyone else, I had the foresight to ask by email before purchasing:

'where are you located?'
and
'Is the SanDisk Sansa Clip Zip new?'

The answers I received were
"ny
new in bulk"

The first answer is correct. They are in Flushing. The other answer is a lie, the serial number ended with an R which meant it is refurbished. I only discovered that when the thing died on me 2 months after I bought it.

I understand things break and people make mistakes but this guy's business seems to be based on deceiving people on purpose. The time and hassle this has cost me, just to save a few bucks! And this guy doesn't care what hassles he's inflicting on people

"This company absolutley baffled me....and I am a smart guy. They sent me the Platronics 903 headset broken. I did what everyone would do.....get mad....contact the company and demand an exchange. Well I did exactley that. After about 3 weeks of these emails going back and forth I finally got a replacement headset. but the problem I have now is that ......THEY WILL NOT STOP SENDING ME HEADSETS....lol. So for all you people out there that have dealth with this horrible company I got one back for the little guy....lol......STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.....ABSOLUTLEY HORRIBLE PRODUCTS. used or refurbished and half of them do not work. "

"What kind of a joke website is this? Ordered an item, several days later it was still waiting to be shipped. I emailed them via the "contact us" link for an update on status. Later received a refund for the order with zero explanation.... Then a few days later an email from them with no greeting or courtesy, just a simple order refunded because billing and shipping address do not match." What. "Terrible bussiness!! The customer service is apparently automated. I had to return two bluetooth headsets ordered because they did not work. All information was sent as requested but emails requesting info continue to come.. When one is answered another is sent. And the circle continues!! If I could give minus stars in rating, I would."

"Stay away from this company. Bought a Motorola bluetooth headset as it was 5 dollars cheaper than Walmart. When headset arrived the headset was open with no packaging. No directions were included either to show me how to pair the headset. Headset had scratches on it was well. Buyer Beware! Wish I had seen this blog before buying."

"This company sells refurbished items as new. brought a mouse from this company, it arrived in bubble wrap with no manual, no box and the item was broken. Item was extremely used and in very poor condition. Took almost a month to get our money back, involving multiple emails, etc. Customer service was very poor. Charged us shipping + restocking of a used item. So we did not get a full refund even after all the hassle."

"Do not order from this site unless you want used products and bad service. I've sent the company 4 messages with no response. There's no number to call so I can't get in touch with them via phone. "Wish I had checked this website first to see their horrible ratings. The product I ordered arrived with clear wear sign, damage and pet hair in the product. I don't have an ipad to see if the logitech ipad keyboard even works but its pretty shocking how used this item is. I wonder how these guys stay in business!!!"

"This company / website is a joke. Yes, the price was very low and I got the device very quickly. However, the device I purchased (Jawbone Icon) came in bubble wrap with minimal documentation. I read a bunch of reviews on the device and they were all exceedingly positive but when I used the device the comments from those on the phone was that my audio was delayed and very choppy. I can only assume that the device I received was used. There is no contact phone number on the company website so I filled out the form for a return but over a week has gone by with no response. I filled out another form and sent it to customer service but still no answer after a couple of days. So, I am going to try to get a refund via my credit card company but if that does not work out then it ends up as a reminder for me that price isn't the most important thing (duh!)."

"I bought two Plantronics BackBeat903+ BlueTooth headsets advertised as new through Google Shopping page. We received two headsets, as mentioned in a previous review, in a USPS bubble envelope with no documentation. Both headsets had been used extensively as the small buttons on the earpiece had most of the paint worn off and the charging port cover on one was partially chewed up. We are pursuing a claim through PayPal and working through our credit card company to get our money back. If you haven't pursued this avenue, give it a try.

Note about rating. I rated the cost of the item as 5 stars because it was the lowest priced. It should not bear on the fact that what was shipped was not 'new' but rather used or refurbished.
