"I purchased led bulbs through this company and when they arrived they did not work. The company refused to stand behind their product. They said take pictures of the bulbs and send them in. I did that and they said they could do nothing. This is a very disreputable company and you should run not walk to a better company. My guess is that with this type of customer service they will not be in business long. Add to that horrible product and that is a loosing company. "

MyLed Blackmail

"When they send you the wrong Item and you make a claim with PayPal (because they would not answer your direct email), they will only ship the new item after you retracted the claim with PayPal. This is called Blackmail. Once you would close the case with PayPal or eBay you cannot open it again. PayPal/eBay rule. Don't let yourself be blackmailed by them. Better, don't buy from them."

Long time delivery, no ability to track a shipment.
From 9 light bulbs one did not work from the beginning, another one starts blinking on second day.

"After several successful orders from MyLED.com, I had a problem with my most recent order. The bulb failed after only minutes of use. I contacted MyLED, and was instructed (by customer service representative "Maya") to provide the following information:

would you please send us some photos or a video to illustrate the case to us?

more information on the using environment, working voltage, running time, operation steps etc. will help us confirm the case better

and finally: After we receive the materials, we will feedback to the product team as well as the supplier and help to proceed the next step for you

They've got to be kidding. I will not purchase from them again.

"Very slow shipping. My order was not shipped until 2 weeks later. And the shipping itself takes another 2-3 weeks (Super Saver Shipping (10-20 Working Days)). If you need something any time soon, don't bother ordering stuff from myled.com"

"My led bulb arrived in a bubbled envelop after almost 4 weeks from date of ordering. Bulb seems to be good quality and works good so far. Website is not the best but OK. No problem with ordering. Will order more in the future. Recommended."
