"This is the worst company I have ever dealt with in my life. I placed my order (cello bow) on 1/29/2008, and a week later, I called them and was told they do not have the bow I ordered and they will order one for me. Since then, I have not heard anything from them. I called numerous times and nobody answer the phone. Nobody returns your messages neither (I left three messages). You only receive a website order confirmation. No follow-up email confirmation. JUST DON”T do any business with them. "
