"Actual company name is Ming Star. No email sent after the order done on their web site. I received the RAM (KingMAX DDR400) today on 4/1/03. I ordered the product on 3/26/03. Since I didnot receive an email confirming my order, I tried to contact mscomponent.com. The telephone was disconnected and the web site was down. There was no way to find out why no email was sent or if the order was accepted. Initially, I thought this company was bust or worse it was fraud. However, the RAM is as described. I will test tonight. They need to send an email to prevent further problems. I had already ordered RAM from another site. Now I have too much RAM. That is a costly problem for me."
