"I purchased 2 mobridge Mercedes kits & 2 cradles from them and couldn't be happier! (a previous reviewer "tomb1976" mentioned they aren't authorized) BUT i only found them bc of mobridges authorized dealer list. So i'd say they're authorized. I also had support Q's and they were very helpful. I had all the support i needed via the Pros & Adam at Dice (there US distributor). I also received email support from mobridge as well. Liked it so much, my buddy has one from them in his Porsche. These guys Rock!"

"I bought a Mobridge Mercedes Benz iPod adaptor from these guys. They are not an authorized seller of the product and you cannot get tech support from Mobridge if you have an issue. The labeling on the product was modified by hand and it is now unclear whether or not they sent the correct product. The advertising on the website is misleading. They are very difficult to deal with on the phone after you buy the product. Be careful. You are probably making a mistake dealing with them."
