"I purchased a frame from their website and within an hour, got a nice note saying it was being processed and they hope we enjoyed the product. But, within that hour, my daughter had found the exact same frame at a local gift shop so I had emailed them at about the same time they were emailing me. I also called and left a message on their answering machine asking if they could possibly stop and cancel the order. I got a personal call from them a little while later and they told me that they like to try to ship their items as quickly as possibly and that the item had already been taken to the post office....BUT, they went out of their way and had called the post office and had them pull the item and are going to cancel the charge to my credit card. They were very nice and i will do business with them in the future! Cute website too!"
