"I recently purchased a luggage rack (Star equipment) for my 1100 Silverado when I received it the chrome was peeling from the welds. I tried to contact customer service twice through the website. It says you will be contacted within 24 hrs. But that does not happen. buyer beware."

"NEVER BUY FROM MOTORCYCLE TOY STORE. I've ordered 14 different parts worth of $1047. I received 5 parts 3 months later by calling them and reminding them daily about my order. Two units out of 5 they shipped with wrong options.... They charge for the order at the day of the order! Still trying to get a partial refund...... No reply to my emails or phone calls. Will file complaint with BBB. "
