"BUYER BEWARE!! I ordered a Palm m505 on February 21st, 2002. A week later, I called to follow up on the order, since I have not seen the merchandise. They said it had not been shipped, I then proceeded to cancel my order and they said "Ok sur, it has been cancled, you will see the credit back to your account within 5-6 business days." It has been a month and a half later and I have NOT received any credit to my account NOR have received the CANCELED product. They give you the run around on the phone and very bad customer service. The web site is "under construction"... I think the company got up and left. VERY UPSET with the service. I have yet to be credited for $336.99. If I would have known about this site before I had purchased from this company, I would have with out a doubt WENT SOMEWHERE ELSE! You should do the same."
