"I purchased a prom dress for my daughter, it was 4 inches too small, the wrong color and there was a zipper where there should have been lace.

When I tried to get a refund, they told me to send it back. I did for another $50. They refused it and the package went to abandoned packages. They then told me to send photos of the dress I no longer had, and they would refund me everything minus a $100 for the workers. I decided to cut my losses and agreed to this.
To date they have not honored their deal and I am out a dress, $50 in shipping and we had to buy a US made dress.
