"I ordered a small automatic knife from Menseffects. The first shipment of my order was the wrong knife. I sent it back. Menseffects paid shipping back which was less that their shipping changes to me. They then sent me the correct knife. However, the safety was broke. I sent it back and they replaced it. Two months later the knife broke. I never even used it to cut anything. Would no lock or close. I emailed Menseffects with this exact words to remind them of the problems I had from day one. They emailed me three words. 30 day warranty. No sorry, not recommendations to send it back to the manufacture, no nothing. I don't plan on purchasing from this company again and strongly urge other not to as well Ron K. "
