"This is the worst company. Not only where they late on the delivery but they sent me the wrong cd holder. I ordered a black leather cd holder and they sent me a blue cloth cd holder. And to make it worse the # listed in the contact information is disconnected. So now I have the wrong cd holder and no way to get the right one. I have sent several emails an I get responses like "How whould you like to slove this matter?". After several request via-email to have someone contact me (because the # is disconnected) I still have not recived a phone call. It has been 2 months and Im still waiting for a response. I have already made a complaint with the BBB. At this time I have sent 2 more emails and a letter. Hopefully soeone will contact me. Don't ever think about buying anything from this web site. Why order if you can't even get ahold of them? Rating: F-"

"NEVER EVER BUY FROM THEM. I think they are out of business. their 1800 number is out of service for 2 weeks now. No response from 5 different email requests for an RMA. These hacks should not be in business. I have contacted the BBB and others to voice my concern. Never buy from them!! Trust me!"

"Unbelievable!!!!
Order placed on May 29th 2003 for Hardcano 5
No news heard from them at all!!!!!!!
Sent an e-mail June 4th asking about product.....nothing at all. They wouldn't even answer the e-mail!!!! Bad Show.
Finally frustrated I call and ask and they tell me they can't get product and CANNOT remove hold on my credit card for amount in question.
Absolute Sham....Had to beg and plead for them to get my order from somewhere else.
Still waiting.....
WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN!!!!
DON'T BE A FOOL AND PART WITH YOUR MONEY...ORDER FROM SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!

"This place had a good price on the Tt Volcano 9 (around $16.00). I felt a little in the dark after ordering, however, because their order status doesn't tell you when your order is being shipped. It only tells you that your order has been placed. They're also slightly slower than NewEgg and Monarch; I ordered parts from all three companies the same day and received parts from Monarch and NewEgg first before I got McGail's. Besides that, a pretty good vendor with pretty good prices. Just know that you're going to have to be patient with your order and you're probably not gonna know the status of it at all."

"I am extremely dissatisfied with this company. I placed my order and soon received a confirmation email telling me that my order had been placed, and giving me a link to check the status of my order. The link merely takes me to a copy of my invoice. It does not give status of the order (i.e. it only tells me that an order has been placed; it does not tell me if it has been shipped, when it was shipped, by what carrier, it gives no tracking number).
I have emailed the company 3 times over the course of the last week, and received no reply. I called them during their business hours, and no one ever picked up the phone.
I am currently trying to cancel my order, but that is difficult to do, since I cannot reach anyone at the company.
This service is unacceptable. I will never buy from them again, and I recommend that no one else does either.

The company actually called me at home appologizing for the delay in responding to my emails. They told me something about the company having internal problems. They upgraded my shipping for free and told me they'd send it out tomorrow. Hopefully they will. Anyway, it was nice of them to contact me.
I still wouldn't buy from them again.

"I have a very mixed opinion of this company. When I made my order I recieved an email confirmation from them telling them that my oder was recieved, with an order number and that it would ship within a maximum of two days. After waiting four days to hear from them I checked my credit card statement. The money had been taken out on the day I placed the order, but when I called called them and gave them my order number, the gave me the incorrect name and products. After a few minutes they were able to track down my order, but when I asked if it had been sent out the salesman avoided the question altogether. It made me wonder if they had even sent the product out. I asked for a tracking number, which they of course didn't have, but they did email me a tracking number the next evening. It was the wrong tracking number, they didn't even have the right carrier. I emailed them after waiting another day for the tracking number to be validated, after which I emailed them and informed them that I would be cancelling my order if I did not recieve the products by the following day. Luckily, the part reached my house the following evening.
As far as prices go, this company is rated among the best, but their shipping and warehouse procedures leave MUCH to be desired. All in all, I do not think I would order from McGail.com unless they had an extraordinary price on something I did not need in any particular hurry.

"I am more than a Computer Tech, I'm also a hardcore gamer, but that really doesn't make much of a difference in what I got from them. Sure I do my homework before buying anything and they just happened to have the lowest price on Pricewatch and free shipping on top of that. So I decided to try them out and see how it went. I ordered a single ThermalTake 80mm Smart Fan 1 from them. It's also known as the ThermalTake A1214 fan, but it's really the best value in a 80mm fan on the market, minimum of 46CFM & 27db @ 2900rpm is pretty nice for a cooling fan. High flow yet quiet and low-ish power needs. While the shipping wasn't exactly break neck fast, it is FREE and was here in 3 Business days, so thats pretty good for free shipping in my book. Item was packed well in a plain cardboard box with lots of foam peanuts packing it, but it's not exactly a fragile item. Anyhow, A+ in my book, they maybe new but are doing a good job & learning from past mistakes like anyone else."

"I've made 2 purchases from them. First was 5 blank DVD-RW's. They tossed 'em in an envelope and sent out. (!) 2 of the discs were unusable. Didn't bother hitting them up for replacements since they were so cheap. heh. Second order was for some rediculously cheap speakers. $6 shipped! They got 'em to me fast, but in the retail box with a UPS label on it. Can't complain for the price, but am a bit leery of purchasing anything more expensive..."

"Purchased a Thermaltake Volcano 9 late Monday Night. They were the lowest price on pricewatch. Shipped out Wednesday UPS ground and was on my doorstep on Tuesday the following week. Probably would have been here earlier, but UPS misplaced the package for a few days. The did sent a ship confirmation email with a tracking number. I did not have to get ahold of them for anything so can't rate them on that. Cautiously optimistic that they may turn out to be a place I feel comfortable doing buisness with."
