Really Poor Communication, Didn't Ship Product

"Summary: I ordered a tshirt for $30.99, my credit card was charged and they didn't ship it and they wouldn't respond to my inquiries.
I never got an email confirmation of my order so I sent a message via the website the next day and got an email response that my order was confirmed and that they would ship it in the next two days and email me. Five days later I emailed again, no response. I waited 1 more day and told them I was filing a fraud complaint and cancelling my payment. One more day went by and someone called me at 930pm at night to tell me they were sorry, their system is screwed up. I expressed my dissatisfaction at their lack of communication and lack of shipping purchased product and in the end he said they would ship the tshirt the next day and refund my credit card. I am still waiting to see if they will do this. Not a good experience and I do give them credit for trying to fix the issue but it was a lot of hassle and the Valentine's present I ordered over a week early is now late.
